The rooms are comfortable, with excellent beds for a good night's sleep.

Very friendly staff (although limited English). Free WiFi on level 2 and 3. Very clean and pretty comfortable room, for the size. Cant beat it for the price (Y6,000 for a single room, but the bed was almost a double bed). I was pleasantly surprised.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived 3 hours before check in and they allowed me to leave my luggage with them and upon my return at 3pm had found they moved my luggage to my room which I appreciated. The hotel is located no more then a 5 minute walk from Shizuoka station and only a couple of minutes walk from the main shopping area of Shizuoka.

Only issue I had with the hotel was the very small sign in English that announced where it was, if it wasn't for the map I printed out showing its location I would have passed it by quite easily.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed my stay in a hotel located in a central and convenient area close to the railway station. The staff was very polite and helpful, and they even helped me to book a bus to my next destination. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered bicycles for free, which allowed me to explore the city in a fun and eco-friendly way.
